The list ran 2 Phelia, Exuberant Shepherd, absent from 17 other Samwise lists in the preceding 6 weeks, alongside 4 Aether Vial and 4 Satoru, the Infiltrator. It omitted maindeck Yawgmoth, Thran Physician and Delighted Halfling, each present in 82.4% of that small comparison sample, but kept 4 each of Samwise Gamgee and Cauldron Familiar.

Phelia is a flash creature that temporarily exiles another nonland permanent when it attacks. We like the pairing with Satoru: returning your own nontoken creature at the next end step triggers the creature's card-draw ability. _Logic_'s run ended with a 1-2 quarterfinal loss to jessy_samek.
